Welcome to Dialinger. Prior to using, subscribing to, or buying our services and products, please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. By accessing or using Dialinger’s platform, you acknowledge that you will comply with these terms, which govern your relationship with us.
The terms “Dialinger,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company that owns and operates the services, and “you,” “customer,” “user,” and “client” refer to individuals or entities that use our products and services. These terms describe our understanding of mutual ownership, use, customization, licensing, and access of Dialinger’s services and platform.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the use of the platform as intended upon payment and choosing an appropriate package. It’s important to know about the private rules, restrictions, uses, and refund policies. Disagreement with any aspect of this agreement, please do not utilize our services.
Dialinger reserves the right to update usability conditions, payment structures, data policies, and any section of this agreement at any time without prior notice. Ongoing use of our services after such changes will be deemed your acceptance of the new terms.
When purchasing a phone number, a submission of supporting documents is required to verify. If you fail to submit the supporting documents, we will allocate the number to another buyer and provide an alternative number.
Dialinger is not liable for suspension or cancellation of any phone number(s) by the cellular provider. Number ownership rests with all responsibility on the customer.
Dialinger also reserves the right to suspend and terminate customer accounts and discontinue service if there is unauthorized or unlawful use. This, regardless of whether or not it is limited to violations of privacy, nonpayment of charges, or abusive conduct. These instances will not result in a refund.
Dialinger promises no uninterrupted service and will be in no way liable for interruption in service. We disclaim all implied warranties of service quality, reliability, or any information provided.
Reversing, modifying, or distributing Dialinger's services is prohibited without a written permit. Such activities encompass unauthorized use, spam, phishing, and infringement of intellectual property rights. Breach may cause suspension or cancellation of the service. Customers will be responsible for the enforcement of all the laws and regulations as they use Dialinger services.
Indirect losses, including loss of business or data, are not likely to be reimbursed by Dialinger. Our liability for direct losses would be the amounts paid by the customer for the services within the twelve months preceding the incident.
Dialinger reserves all intellectual properties in relation to its services. This agreement does not give you any rights in such properties.
We provide our services and website “as is” with no warranty. We are not promising that the information contained in this article is accurate or reliable.
Refund requests must comply with our established refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for requests outside the confines of our policy.
You undertake to indemnify Dialinger and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of law, or infringement on any intellectual property rights.
Dialinger may have third-party site links. You use these sites at your own risk; we're not in charge of what they say or how they work.
Dialinger may alter marketing strategy, prices, and promotions at its discretion. Promotions are governed by conditions of eligibility and may be altered at any time.
Dialinger can collect and interpret the customer data to improve services and interactions. You agree to the collection and use of your data as stated under our privacy policy when you use our services.
By agreeing to these conditions, you consent to receiving marketing materials by mail or email. You may opt out at any time by emailing us or through customer service.
Ownership of all products, services, software, and intellectual property remains with Dialinger. There are no rights given unless this deal says otherwise.
Feedback or suggestions given by customers are free to be used by Dialinger at its sole discretion and without obligation or payment. All feedback is deemed to be non-confidential.
Customers agree to pay fees for selected services. Payment is required within three days of receiving an invoice. Inability to do so can result in suspension of service.
You can’t open an account again after it’s been closed.
The information on Dialinger’s website is given “as is.” Because Dialinger doesn’t make any warranties, either written or unwritten, they cancel all other guarantees.
This agreement constitutes the whole agreement between Dialinger and the Customer for the control and use of communications and networking, superseding all prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or in writing. This contract does not constitute a partnership or joint venture between the parties or grant either party authority to bind the other. The Customer hereby agrees to allow Dialinger to use their personal information for content updating and improvement enhancements. The agreement remains effective and enforceable; any failure by either party to enforce any provision does not waive their right to do so in the future.
