Welcome to Dialinger, a cloud telephony and virtual communication platform operated by Velox Tech Pte. Ltd. (“Dialinger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), incorporated in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website at dialinger.com and our related applications, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Dialinger’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using our Services.

The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to any individual or business accessing our platform, including account holders, team members, and visitors.

1.2  What Information We Collect

1.2.1  Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we may collect:

    • Full name and business name
    • Email address and phone number
    • Billing address and payment information (processed via third-party payment processors)
    • Identity documents required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and phone number registration compliance
    • Support and sales correspondence

1.2.2  Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use our platform, we automatically collect:

    • IP address and approximate geographic location
    • Browser type, device type, and operating system
    • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
    • Referring URLs and session identifiers
    • Call metadata (e.g., call duration, timestamps, originating and destination numbers) — note: Dialinger does not automatically access the content of calls unless you have enabled Call Recording

1.2.3  Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from our integration partners (e.g., CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), payment processors, or affiliate marketing partners. Such information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.2.4  Information Collected by Our Customers from Their End Users

When businesses use Dialinger to communicate with their own customers (“End Users”), those businesses are the data controllers of the End User data processed through our platform. Dialinger acts as a data processor in these cases. Please refer to our Data Processing Agreement (Section 6) for further detail.

1.3  How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services you have subscribed to
  • To process payments and manage your billing
  • To verify your identity and comply with applicable KYC and telecom regulations
  • To send transactional communications (account alerts, invoices, service notices)
  • To send marketing communications, where you have opted in
  • To respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • To improve and develop our platform through usage analytics
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

1.4  Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / Singapore PDPA)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions that require a lawful basis for data processing, we process your data under the following bases:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Services you have subscribed to
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security, and product improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights

Dialinger is headquartered in Singapore. Your data may be processed or stored in Singapore or in other countries where our cloud infrastructure providers operate. Where data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction (for example, outside the EEA), we take steps to ensure equivalent data protection standards apply, including through contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

1.7  Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing

Dialinger’s Services are not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at legal@dialinger.com and we will take steps to delete the data.

1.9  Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email and/or a notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services following the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
