7.1  Our Commitment

Dialinger is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We will only disclose user data to law enforcement or government agencies in response to legally valid requests. We do not voluntarily provide user data to any authority without a lawful basis for doing so.

7.2  How to Submit a Request

All law enforcement data requests should be directed to:

Requests must include: the name of the requesting authority, the legal basis or instrument authorizing the request (e.g., court order, subpoena, search warrant), the specific data categories requested, the account or phone number in question, a specified response date, and a valid signature from an authorized representative.

7.3  Types of Requests

• Data Requests: Requests for account information, call logs, or other data in connection with criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings. Acceptable legal instruments include court orders, subpoenas, and search warrants.
• Preservation Requests: Upon receiving a valid preservation request, Dialinger may retain specified records for up to 90 days pending further legal process. If no follow-up legal instrument is received within 90 days, the preserved data may be securely deleted unless an extension is legally required.
• Emergency Requests: Where there is an imminent risk to life or physical safety, we will consider expedited requests made in good faith. Such requests must still identify the authority, the nature of the emergency, and the data required.
  
  

7.4  User Notification

Dialinger will endeavour to notify the affected user of any valid data request before complying, unless prohibited by law, court order, or where notification would obstruct an ongoing investigation. We reserve the right to challenge overly broad or improperly submitted requests.

7.5  Response Timeframes

Dialinger will endeavour to respond to valid, complete requests within 7 business days. Complex or large-volume requests may require additional time. Incomplete or improperly formatted requests will be returned without action.
