Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

5.1  Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules governing the use of Dialinger’s communication services, including VoIP calling, virtual phone numbers, SMS, eSIM, and IVR features. All users, account administrators, and any third parties given access to the platform through a Dialinger account must comply with this AUP.

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

5.2  Prohibited Uses

You may not use Dialinger’s Services to:

Illegal Activities

    • Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
    • Facilitate fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other financial crimes
    • Transmit content that is illegal under applicable law (e.g., CSAM, illegal weapons sales, drug trafficking)

Telecom Abuse

    • Make or facilitate robocalls or automated calls without the required prior express consent under applicable laws (e.g., TCPA in the USA, PECR in the UK)
    • Engage in SIM swapping, toll fraud, or traffic pumping
    • Spoof caller ID in a deceptive or harmful manner
    • Use numbers for premium-rate fraud schemes

Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

    • Send unsolicited bulk SMS (spam) to individuals who have not consented to receive communications from you
    • Harvest phone numbers from third-party sources without consent for messaging purposes
    • Violate any applicable anti-spam legislation, including CAN-SPAM (USA) or equivalent laws

Harassment and Harmful Content

    • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
    • Transmit hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
    • Use the platform to facilitate domestic abuse, stalking, or surveillance without consent

Platform Integrity

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Dialinger’s systems or other users’ accounts
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Dialinger platform
    • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
    • Use the platform in a way that degrades service quality for other users

5.3  Responsibility for End Users

If you use Dialinger to provide communication services to your own customers or end users, you are responsible for ensuring that those end users comply with this AUP. You must include appropriate terms of use in your own agreements with end users that are consistent with this AUP.

5.4  Reporting Violations

To report suspected AUP violations, including spam, fraud, or abuse originating from a Dialinger number, please contact abuse@dialinger.com.
