Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Dialinger software, services, and related offerings (“Services”).

By purchasing or subscribing to Dialinger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy, including all limitations and exclusions.

2. General Terms

If you experience any issues with our Services, you are required to first contact our customer support team. We will review your concern and attempt to resolve it through our support process.

Refunds are considered only after a proper evaluation by our support team. Approval of any refund request is entirely at Dialinger’s discretion and based on the validity of the claim under our terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at Dialinger’s discretion.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase or subscription.
  • All refund requests must be sent to support@dialinger.com.
  • Each transaction is eligible for one-time refund consideration only.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Dialinger may take up to 30 days to review and respond to a refund request.
    Refunds will not be issued for issues outside Dialinger’s control, including third-party failures, user-side technical issues, or external disruptions.

4. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancelling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
    • To request a refund, you must follow the official refund procedure.
    • To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
    • Subscription cancellation can be done via:
      Settings → My Plans → Cancel Subscription
    • Upon cancellation, account-related data may be removed on or after the next billing date.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. External Factors
    • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, government restrictions)
    • Third-party service disruptions, including carrier or OTT platform issues
    • Messaging or call delivery failures caused by external providers
  1. Non-Recoverable Costs
    • Payment processing and administrative fees
    • A2P 10DLC registration fees (TCR and carrier-imposed)
    • Toll-free SMS verification charges
    • Purchased phone numbers once assigned
    • Usage charges (calls, SMS, voicemails)
    • Account credit balances
  1. User Actions & Technical Issues
    • Number suspension or release by carrier
    • Fraudulent or prohibited activities
    • Adding new users to a workspace
    • Mid-cycle subscription cancellations
    • Long-term inactive accounts
    • Device incompatibility or unsupported configurations
    • Internet connectivity issues or ISP-related problems
    • Device resets, OS updates, or firewall restrictions
    • Failure to follow Dialinger setup instructions
    • Insufficient device storage or network access issues
  1. Personal Preferences
    • Change of mind
    • Accidental purchase
    • Lack of usage or reduced need
  1. Third-Party Services
    • Failure to receive OTP/2FA from platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, etc.

6. Number Porting & Fees

  • Port-in fees are non-refundable once the number transfer is completed.
  • Dialinger reserves the right to retain control of a number until all dues are cleared.
  • Numbers will only be released when the account is in good standing with no outstanding balance or disputes.
  • Dialinger may deny port-out requests until all obligations are fulfilled.

7. Refund Process

  • Requests are reviewed within 7 business days after submission.

8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Dialinger reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately
  • Services will only be restored after all outstanding dues are settled
  • You will be responsible for any additional fees, including legal or administrative costs incurred due to the chargeback
