3.1  Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velox Tech Pte. Ltd. (“Dialinger”), governing your access to and use of the Dialinger platform and related services. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accessing Dialinger on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.2  Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dialinger’s Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Use of the Services by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.3  Account Registration and KYC

To access certain Services, you are required to create an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update your information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Dialinger reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed, or where false or misleading information has been provided.

As noted on our website, every user receives an instantly approved number across the UK, USA, or Canada. Numbers in other regions may require additional fees and compliance verification. Full calling and SMS capabilities are enabled after KYC approval.

3.4  Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Dialinger offers subscription-based access to its Services. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your nominated payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Fees are charged in advance of the subscription period.

Refund Policy: If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date by contacting support@dialinger.com. After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Unused calling credits are non-refundable upon account closure or downgrade.

Dialinger reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days’ written notice to existing subscribers.

3.5  Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dialinger’s Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use the Services to:

  • Make or facilitate fraudulent, abusive, or harassing calls or messages
  • Send unsolicited bulk SMS or spam
  • Violate any applicable telecom regulations, including those relating to robocalling, TCPA (USA), PECR (UK), or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions
  • Transmit malicious software or code
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity, security, or performance of the Dialinger platform

3.6  Fair Use

Certain Dialinger plans may include unlimited or high-volume calling/SMS features. These features are subject to fair use limitations. Dialinger reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate Services where usage patterns are inconsistent with normal business communication use and appear designed to exploit unlimited plan structures.

3.7  Service Availability and SLA

Dialinger endeavours to maintain high service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Services. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary service unavailability, and we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. 

3.8  Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Dialinger platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Velox Tech Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

3.9  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dialinger’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Dialinger in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Dialinger shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3.10  Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support@dialinger.com. Dialinger reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you materially breach these Terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. Please refer to Section 2 of this document (Data Retention & Deletion Policy) for what happens to your data after account closure.

3.11  Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
